You guessed it, this sauce is made from oysters, and it packs an oyster flavor. Made from combining steamed oysters with soy sauce and salt, this sauce is used in stir-fries and many other Asian dishes.
Ingredients: water, sugar, hydrolyzed soy and wheat protein, salt, oyster extract (oyster juice extract, natural flavor, salt), modified cornstarch, caramel color, sherry wine, lactic acid, garlic powder, xanthan gum, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, onion powder, less than 1/10th of 1% sodium benzoate as a preservative.
