Whole guavas in syrup. These medium-sized, round, tropical fruits have a soft, creamy texture and a sweet aroma. Very high in vitamin C (almost six times as much as oranges!) and fiber, guavas are also a great source of vitamin A. Guavas grow around the globe in tropical regions and Mexico is the second largest producer of guavas in the world.
